Brazilian melodic death metal band Eldermoon has released a new single today, February 16th. Titled Ascension, the new single comes accompanied by a lyric video, via Sliptrick Records.
Indeed, Ascension is Eldermoon’s new single and it deals with the moment when the human mind reaches a new level and its existence merges with a higher one. Yet, one where themes like our goals, fears, and connections are questioned.
Furthermore, Eldermoon is a melodic death metal band hailing from Brazil. All in all, one of their main characteristics is crossing the paths of heavy metal and metalcore. Vocals, ranging from guttural to melodic mix with music highlighting bass and drums with insane, wild riffs.
The band came to life in 2019 and in 2021 they released their first EP. Titled We Are Lost No More, the four song material came out only in digital format. Later, on October 28th, 2022, the band released a second EP. Bearing the title Vita/Mortem, the four track release opened their way for signing with Sliptrick Records for their upcoming debut album.
Actually, Ascension is taken from the forthcoming album, Egregora, which will come out via Sliptrick Records later in the year.
