SoundArt Festival returns with its most ambitious and complex edition to date. In 2025, SoundArt spans March 10–16, taking place across multiple venues.
On March 13, the festival heads to Control Club, where Dan Șerbănescu will take the stage with his project, Alone In The Hollow Garden.
For March 14 and 15, at Quantic Club, the organizers have already announced an initial lineup of bands, including Villagers of Ioannina City (Greece), Bong-Ra (Netherlands), The Answer Lies in The Black Void (Hungary, Netherlands), and Hypnosaur (Poland).
More bands, venues, and activities will be revealed in the coming weeks.
The festival will also feature an exhibition running from the first to the last day, as well as additional cultural activities on March 12 and 16. Concerts will take place at Quantic, Control, and a third venue to be announced soon.
The entire SoundArt Festival 2025 experience is designed around the alchemical concept of Magnum Opus. Attendees will embark on an initiatory journey through the festival’s activities and concerts, gradually exploring the stages of the Great Work of self-transmutation.

About Alone In The Hollow Garden
Alone In The Hollow Garden (Romania) is an electronica/industrial/dark ritual ambient project. Conceived in the spring of 2013 as a side project to Tanz Ohne Musik, it represents a revival of Dan Șerbănescu’s ritualistic ambient aesthetics, which date back to the mid-1990s. The live performance is visually enhanced by the hypnotic, timeless imagery of Luna Video Artist.
The project merges the transcendental purity of primal vibration with the expressive possibilities of modern technology. Traditional acoustic sources—including wind, percussion, strings, and ritual instruments—blend with analog and modular synthesizers and experimental piezo devices, tied together by the esoteric power of voice and chant.
Alone In The Hollow Garden is a sonic alchemy offering a meditative space for ritualistic or contemplative practices.
