Blackened death metal band Living Inferno from Finland released their debut album, Triumvirate, on April 12th. The nine track material combines brutal riffs, melancholic melodies, and a DIY production style that values organic imperfections. Vesa Viitanen (Benothing, Leevi, Napalm to thy Face Productions) mixed the album. Also, Janne Tolsa (Turmion Kätilöt, Tarot, Note On Studio) mastered it, ensuring a high-quality sound. Tattoo artist Juha Wuorinen provided the cover art, encapsulating the album’s thematic essence.
The album also features guest artist Juha Hautaluoma, a tango singer who brings a tragic sensitivity to the chorus of Catharsis in Death. Created between 2018 and 2023, the material on Triumvirate represents a culmination of the band’s musical evolution. Blending influences from Morbid Angel, Dissection, and Sotajumala into a unique sound that appeals to fans of blackened death metal. Triumvirate is now available on Spotify, Bandcamp, and YouTube. A limited CD digipak batch will be released later in the summer.
