Prepare to be engulfed in a whirlwind of heavy, aggressive metal as Valar Morghulis, the powerhouse metal band from Charlotte, North Carolina, releases their highly anticipated single Ghost

Drawing inspiration from the likes of Lamb of God, Decapitated, and Bloodbath, Valar Morghulis delivers a relentless onslaught of death, thrash, and groove metal. With brutal and heavy riffs, melodic grooves, bone-crushing breakdowns, and relentless drumming, Ghost promises to pummel listeners into submission… And leave them begging for more.

Lead guitarist, GR, shares the band’s sentiments, “Ghost is more than just a single for us. We began writing the track on Easter Sunday 2023. A day that was marred by the brutal murder of a family member. The music and lyrics of this song hold a particular meaning for us after the events of that day. Ghost is our response to murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and their ilk.”

However, Ghost showcases Valar Morghulis‘ evolution and maturity as a band. While the track retains the band’s signature aggression, it also explores more moderate and melodic elements. Moreover, it takes listeners on a journey through the dark realms of metal. Highly anticipated by the band’s fans, Ghost will be out on May 24th. While waiting for the new single, watch the band latest release, Bastards & Broken Things

The new single will be available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Bandcamp.
