Doomish black metal cult act Nihili Locus, the legendary Italian band, will release their new album this autumn. Titled Semper, the six track album will come out on September 26th, via My Kingdom Music. To give fans a taste of what’s to come, the band premiered the first single, titled (Grida) La Notte Eterna, on July 24th.
The song, available as digital single too is the band’s first new official release after the demos, EP and singles of the ’90s. With it, Nihili Locus returns to their dark greatness characterized by a melancholic pathos embodied in an obscure dark sonorous extremism. Also, Semper is expected to be one of “the next big things” within the Italian metal scene thanks to a band that has managed to transform the irreparable ravages of time into pure art, making their music simply immortal.
Therefore, Nihili Locus is finally back! A name, a cult, the history of Italian extreme music!
