Sibiu, Romania based atmospheric black metal one-man band Antumbra has set December 22nd 2024 as international release date for the fifth full-length. Titled Days of Future Ravaged Lands, the ten track album will come out in collaboration with Loud Rage Music. Furthermore, Days of Future Ravaged Lands, the new material will include ten tracks that weave haunting melodies with crushing riffs and evocative lyrics, painting a vivid picture of desolation and resilience. Drawing from a unique blend of black metal, blackened doom, and cinematic soundscapes, Antumbra creates a sonic journey through a world in turmoil.

From the blood-soaked battlegrounds of Rivers of Blood to the mournful echoes of the song Threnody or Silent Earth, each track weaves a story of the human loss, pain and chaos.”
In anticipation of the new album, Antumbra also released a video for the track Forgotten on June 25th.
Based in Sibiu, Antumbra is a one-man band, which emerged in 2021. The debut album, Dark Mist and Shadows came out the same year, followed by other two full-lengths, A Descent into the Maelström and Shards of Existence only a year later. Then, in 2023 the nine track masterpiece, Ashen came out, solidifying the band’s place as a prominent representative of the genre. Now, almost on the brink of the new year, the band strikes again! Get ready for an extraordinary sonic journey through chaos!
