Melodic death metal band Death Reapers, renowned for their dark and intense sound, unveiled their latest single Dark Fortune. The Polish quintet released the song on November 29th, obviously only in digital format. This track is a blending of memorable, powerful choruses, heavy verses, a captivating melodic solo, creating a rich narrative experience.
Accompanied by a music video directed by SMVRF, the single carries an atmosphere reminiscent of Peaky Blinders. However, this also added a unique and unforgettable vibe to the production. Dark Fortune is a testament to Death Reapers‘ skill in crafting songs that resonate with fans of The Halo Effect, In Flames, and many others.
The band self-recorded the single, and afterwards they did the mixing and mastering at AlterLabs Studio. Konrad Kropidłowski, the band’s vocalist, wrote the lyrics, while lead guitarist Hubert Potomski and drummer Mateusz Ratajczak composed the music.
