Polish thrash metal band Extinkt released their second full length album, titled Trinity Redux on November 10th, via Ossuary Records.
Extinkt is a thrash metal band founded in 2012, known for their darker sound inspired by bands like Carnivore, Type O Negative, and Turbonegro. Their music explores themes of humanity’s destruction, disasters, and a post-apocalyptic world. In 2016, they released their debut album Postnuclear Trip to Nowhere via Defense Records. That release came along with a music video for their song Besetting Affliction.
More recently, in 2023, they released their second album Trinity Redux through Warsaw’s Ossuary Records. This latest material consists of 10 songs. However, it only has a total duration of 31 minutes. For any fan of hard-hitting metal with a darker twist, Extinkt is a band worth checking out!
