Founded in 2004 by Robert Ljung (voice), Gustav Lithammer (guitar) and Filip Brandelius (bass), the Swedish group has seen a quick rise due to the energy and force generated by their songs.
Adept, who will play for the first time in Romania, has released EPs and four albums: “Another Year of Disaster” (2009), “Death Dealers” (2011), which marks the changes from the original post- hardcore to metalcore, “Silence the World” (2013) and “Sleepless” (2016). Soon after the band was born, they signed up with the indie Panic & Action label then went to Napalm Records and also released Sleepless.
The first album, highly influenced by bands such as Funeral For A Friend, Life In Your Way and Secret Lives Of The Freemasons, is dominated by upbeat songs, fast riffs, and fast-paced lyrics on topics related to everyday issues. of social themes. The 10th anniversary of the release will be marked by re-launching the album (remastered) on vinyl (www.10yearsofdisaster.com).
The band has many active tours through Germany, Europe and Asia together with famous bands: “As Blood Runs Black”, “Caliban”, “For Today” or “August Burns Red”.
