Psychosounds Music invites extreme metal fans at Encore Club, on Saturday, February 8th for a consistent portion of grindcore and black metal! Two Romanian bands will perform on February 8th: Clitgore and Gerrar.
Clitgore is a grindcore band from Alba-Iulia. The band came to life in 2007, founded by Ela (ex-Necrovile). However, Clitgore first took the stage in 2009. Their music captivates due to an extremely groovy guitar and bass sound, perfectly combined with growling vocals and screams. Also the sonic onslaught adds up owing to pummeling drums and intense blastbeats.
Gerrar is a black metal band from Bucharest. The guys founded the band in 2019 and after composing and working together at the rehearsals, they dropped the debut EP, in January 2021. Indeed, the release of the EP titled Gerrar marked the first important step in the band’s evolution. Also, molding their musical identity. After a series of concerts on local stages, the band earn their reputation as a very dynamic and intricate live act. In 2024, the band released their debut album, titled Renastere, a symbol of their artistic maturity and a new chapter in their dark story.
