Karmic Thread, the solo project of musician Vlad Enescu (guitarist in Am Fost La Munte Și Mi-a Plăcut), released Instruments of Passing, a record containing six tracks written by Vlad between 2020 and 2024. The EP is available on all streaming platforms and can be downloaded in high quality from the project’s Bandcamp account.

 

Instruments of Passing is the project’s first release since the 2018 split with The Bipolar Disorder Project, Unshipped Packages. On this new EP, Karmic Thread explores instrumental progressive rock with diverse influences, diverging slightly from the modern metal sound of previous works.

The album was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Vlad Enescu, with its artwork designed by Petra Martin.
