French death metal band Scorched Earth released their debut album on June 7th. Titled The Day of the Damned, the nine track full-length came out via M.U.S.I.C. Records.
Toulouse-based death metal band Scorched Earth is set to rock the music scene with the release of their first concept album, The Day of the Damned. The album’s concept follows a series of nuclear wars that lead to a series of catastrophes and paranormal events. Thus, threatening the very existence of our world. The first and last tracks deal with these themes in their entirety. Meanwhile, the other tracks tell the story of survivors who stoop to their darkest instincts… Or try to get by the best they can, in a devastated universe.
