Only a few days ago, the organizers of REF (Rockstadt Extreme Fest) announced a few new additions to the lineup! Hailing from the freezing Reykjavík, Iceland, Solstafir will bring their iconic sound and their blend of viking/black metal and post- metal on the festival stage.

Urne is a stoner/sludge metal/metalcore band from London, UK. With an intricate and unique style, the trio released their latest album last August and…it’s a total blast! Lastelle is another new name on the lineup and they will be on a Romanian stage for the very first time.

Furthermore… all away from the United States… crossover/thrash metal outfit Take Offense! However, the Americans aren’t coming empty handed… But with their most recent full-length, which came out only a week ago, on May 10th. Titled T.O.tality, their latest release seems to be the heaviest release of the band… so far!

An earlier announcement stated that more than 85 percent of the passes are already sold, so chances are to celebrate a sold out edition soon! And not any edition, but the ten year anniversary one! That being said, don’t waste the chance to grab one of the remaining passes! While you still can!

However, the festival daily lineup has been the news that has gone viral today… so here it is! REF is a total blast this year!
