Access rules:
- Public access is available from 18:30. Purchased tickets can be presented both in physical format and in PDF format on a mobile device. Physical tickets must be kept for any necessary security checks.
- The Wristband received after the validation of the ticket must be kept intact during the entire concert. If the Wristband is damaged the person is required to purchase a new ticket.
- It is strictly forbidden to access the concert area with professional cameras (those with removable lens), video cameras, audio recorders.
- It is strictly forbidden to access the concert area with any kind of bottles, containers and food from outside the venue.
- It is strictly forbidden to access the concert area with dangerous or inflammable substances, weapons, or any objects that may endanger the lives of others.
- It is strictly forbidden to use drugs or other illegal substances. This is considered a criminal offence and is punished according to the provisions in force.
- It is strictly forbidden to detach posters and advertisements from the club, as well as damaging fire extinguishers or the various signs posed by the club staff.
Take into consideration:
- Children up to the age of 7 have free access – accompanied by an adult that has/will purchase a valid ticket (if there is no other specification in the event announcement).
- Any attempt at counterfeiting tickets will be punishable by law.
- Access for children aged 7 to 14 is only allowed by purchasing a valid ticket and accompanied by an adult that has, also a valid ticket.
- Children over 14 don’t need to be accompanied by an adult.
- Persons with disabilities can get free entry or discount only by providing a copy of a certificate attesting the degree of disability.
- The concert representatives are not responsible for lost or stolen objects.
Failure to comply with the regulations or any use of the ticket for purposes other than those provided above, may result in the cancellation of the ticket and may prohibit the ticket holder from having access to the event.
