Myrholt releases single off of future album “Solens Soenn og Maanens Datter”

The one man band, Myrholt, has released a single off of the upcoming album “Solens Soenn og Maanens Datter”, which will be released later this year. The single is entitled “Solens Soenn og Maanens Datter Kapittel I” and has been released on the 15th of February 2019.

Myrholt is a one man band from Norway and was first formed in 1992. Along the years, the band was known under many names, from Tyrant, Eternal Eclipse or Deceased (all names between 1992 to 1994) up to Tremor (from 2005 to 2011). The current name of the band is actually the name of it’s founder Ole Jævlig Lykkelig Myrholt, who plays all instruments and does the all the vocals as well. The style the band plays is Norwegian black metal, as stated by Ole himself: “Myrholt is old school Black Metal. Nothing more, nothing less”.

The single that has been released is an acoustic version of the song that will feature on the album “Solens Soenn og Maanens Datter”, which, as stated above, will be released later this year.
