Loud Rage Music signs Descend into Despair

Funeral Doom Metal

Romanian Funeral Doom Metal ensemble DESCEND INTO DESPAIR will release their second studio album, Synaptic Veil, via Loud Rage Music this Summer. Synaptic Veil follows and certainly tops in quality the band’s 2014 full-length, Bearer of All Storms, which received praises from critics all over the World: 6 out of 6 in Eternal Terror, 8 out of 10 in Metal Storm, Metal Kaoz and Metal Forces, plus many similar others in zines like Lords of Metal, Wonderbox, Sea of Tranquillity or Metal Bulletin.

Here’s what the band had to say about their latest effort, Synaptic Veil: “our latest effort to date, is also our most articulate endeavour so far. The veil here is ambiguous and double-sided: “objective” reality imposes a layer of limitations onto our mental landscape; but our inner, “subjective” reality lays a veil of concepts on top of the physical reality as a coping mechanism.”

A teaser that prefaces the release of the new album is now online here:
